Constrada, LLC is an Atlanta (Alpharetta), Georgia-based company that offers practical solutions to improving business results through better project management. We believe that success is the result of executing the fundamentals well. 

We believe the low rate of project success, especially in the information technology industries has little to do with lack of advanced project management skills, issues, topics, tools or techniques. Widespread conditions like this are usually the result of something more fundamental.

It is the execution of the blocking and tackling of project management that will lead to success. We are focused on advancing individual and organizations project management capabilities through training, consulting and technology.

Todd Fuller founded Constrada, LLC after 18 years of managing projects in multiple industries. Constrada's goal is to assist normal, everyday companies improve their ability to drive business results through simple, straight-forward application of project management processes.
